Savannah and Cousin Noah on the lawn at North Hills. They are so sweet with each other.
The "busy, busy, busy" refers to Savannah, not our schedule. She is so inquisitive about everything around her.
She likes to try and eat the things we eat. The picture below is Savannah munching on a WHOLE nectarine.
Bath time fun with Daddy. Check out the Mohawk!
Pullen Park swings with Mommy. Savannah LOVES to swing!
This is her "latest thing". She climbs in her toy box and sits. Did I mention climbing? Savannah climbs on everything! I'm convinced that she is going to be very athletic.
Last Sunday afternoon, Sean and I had to take Savannah to the emergency room. She went down for her afternoon nap healthy and happy. When she woke up 2 hours later, she was warm and breathing with little grunts. As anyone could imagine, this scared me to death! Sean was on his way home from borrowing a power washer from my parents and as soon as he got home we made the decision to take her to the Emergency room. Her fever was spiking and the breathing was continuing. Of course, when we got to the emergency room she seemed to be feeling better. Three and half hours later, the ER doctor after viewing her chest x-rays, determined that Savannah had the beginnings of pneumonia. He put her on an antibiotic and told us to alternate tylenol/motrin for the fever. Our poor little girl was miserable for most of last week. We decided to keep her out of daycare for the week and while granddaddy was babysitting on Tuesday, she began to breath with the grunts again. I rushed her over to the Pediatricians office (we had an appointment anyway for a follow up) and the doctor said she was just fighting a virus. The breathing was due to the fever.
As I'm writing this blog, Savannah is taking a nap and seems to be feeling much better today. I just hope she continues to feel better:)!
